Launch your own "Hike HQ"

When you register online you can set up your own Hike For A Cure home page.

You can easily personalize it - see ours below. From here you can launch an email to friends and family regarding your participation on the hike, provide them information about your involvement in the hike, get reports on the sponsorships you've received to date and engage with others on the community bulletin board.

Your friends can find your site quickly by going to http://hikeforacure.kintera.org. The Hike For A Cure event home page will open, and your sponsor can click on "Sponsor a Hiker" on the left panel. From there they enter your name and jump to your home page.

We introduced this capability for the first time last year. Hikers commented that they were able to easily connect with friends and family to invite them to support their hike. Sponsors could contribute "real time" right from the hiker's email. As a result, hikers significantly increase their number of sponsors. It has made a huge difference in the success of the hike!
